It’s not and never will be available on PS4 (Sony doesn’t approve, sorry). Although there are many other mods with similar goals, this one is by far my favourite. I think the creators did an admirable job in recreating the Bruma from Oblivion with some minor changes. Also adds new enemies (Ogres, zombies, rats etc.) and crafting recipes.
